Our Customer Service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient service to our customers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (Offering our clients a period longer than the legal 14 days according to articles 102 and 104 of RDL 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.).
You have to send us the product in perfect conditions, without using it and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. The return shipment to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer but in case of change, you will not have to pay the shipping costs of the new order as these are at our expense.
It is very important that you return the / perfectly packaged products. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. Except for factory defects, returns will not be accepted on already assembled ski equipment.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and check that all the above conditions are met, Esqui-Outlet will accept the return of the product and will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount according to the modality of payment made, and where appropriate, to the shipment of the new product:
If you made the payment through credit card or paypal, you will be paid the amount on the same credit card or paypal account. In the case of return by Paypal, the PayPal return commission will be charged to the buyer.
If you made the payment against reimbursement or by transfer, we will request an account number where to pay the amount.
