The Tecnica MACH BOA HV 130 GW is the pinnacle of alpine Piste Performance boots designed for wide feet (High Volume - HV). It fuses the uncompromising power of a Flex 130 with the comfort and micro-adjustment precision offered by the BOA® system. It is intended for the Expert and Aggressive skier who demands maximum control and stability on the piste, but requires a generous internal volume.

Key Technical Features

  • BOA® Closure System (H+i1 Platform) : The BOA® dial replaces the lower and mid buckles, offering a micrometric, uniform, and wrapping adjustment across the forefoot and instep. This provides exceptional heel hold and toe-to-heel control without pressure points, plus a quick-release system.

  • C.A.S. Technology (Custom Adaptive Shape) : The shell (C.A.S. Shell) and liner (NFS Performance Liner) are designed to be fully customizable via punching and heat molding. This allows boot fitters to adapt the boot to the exact anatomy of the foot, ensuring the best possible fit for a wide foot.

  • Construction and Power :

    • Asymmetrical Power Transmission : The shell structure is asymmetrical, with thicker, stiffer material on the inside to enhance lateral power transfer and ski sensitivity.

    • Double Quick Instep : Incorporates a double, softer plastic piece in the instep area (on both the upper and lower parts of the shell) that makes the action of putting on and taking off the boot extraordinarily easy.

  • High-Performance Liner :

    • NFS (Natural Foot Shape) Performance Liner : Performance liner often including Celliant® technology (thermo-reactive minerals that convert body heat into infrared energy) to enhance circulation, warmth, and muscle recovery.

  • Comfort and Usability :

    • GripWalk (GW) : Soles with a curved profile that offer greater traction and grip when walking and are compatible with GripWalk alpine bindings.

    • Lift Lock Buckles : The remaining buckles stay open when unbuckled, facilitating handling and preventing them from getting in the way.

  • Weight : Moderate for its class (approximately 1800 g / boot or 3600 g per pair in size 26.5).
