This ski is a high-performance piste model (Sport Carver), distinguished from the standard R15 version by its greater width, offering a superior balance between alpine stability and versatility in variable snow conditions.

The Thunderbird R15 Wide Body (WB) is an on-piste ski (Frontside) designed to carve with tremendous stability at high speed, even when the snow is not perfectly groomed. Although considered narrow compared to wider All-Mountain models, its 76 mm (or similar, such as 75-76 mm) waist gives it a stability and floatation advantage over the standard R15 (70 mm). It is ideal for Advanced and Expert skiers who want a powerful and precise ski for medium and wide turns.

    • Stability : Incorporates two full layers of Titanal along with continuous ABS sidewalls. This robust construction is key for maximum torsional rigidity, durability, and the best direct power transmission for impeccable grip.
