Just like a lightweight off-road buggy designed for rally school drivers, the Dalbello J-Tour GW is the ultimate learning chassis for kids wanting to get into freetouring or ski mountaineering. This is not just a shrunken adult boot, but an engine block engineered specifically for the biometrics, strength, and weight of children.

Mechanically, its biggest asset is the Ski/Hike mechanism integrated into the spine of the shell. With a simple movement of the lever, the upper cuff unlocks, offering excellent range of motion so kids can walk or skin uphill with virtually no mechanical resistance. Once locked into descent mode, the chassis regains the lateral stiffness necessary to confidently and safely transmit power to the ski edges.

The interior cabin features a liner maximized to offer superior thermal insulation, ensuring the "young driver" keeps their feet warm throughout the expedition. Furthermore, the pre-installed GripWalk (GW) soles act like high-tread contact tires, preventing slips on icy asphalt, mountain rocks, or resort stairs.
