If you are looking for the equivalent of a luxury SUV with a V8 engine, the Fischer Ranger One 130 VAC GW is your machine. They are built for the heavily-built skier or those with wide feet who demand brutal power transmission to dominate powder or high-speed slopes, but who refuse to suffer in a narrow or uncomfortable chassis.

The heart of this engine block is the Vacuum (VAC) system, an exclusive polymer that allows the outer shell to be thermally adapted to the exact anatomy of your foot and ankle. This eradicates pressure points in its generous 101 mm (High Volume) last. In addition, the Floating Entry design (a mobile entry flap) makes putting the boots on in sub-zero temperatures as easy as getting into a car with the doors wide open.

On a mechanical level, the Ski/Walk lever integrated just below the upper buckle provides excellent range of motion for freetouring approaches or walking comfortably through the resort paddock. When locked for the descent, the chassis regains its monolithic 130 stiffness. Completed with GripWalk (GW) soles, they offer impeccable traction, like true winter contact tires on ice or rock.
