The Marker Kingpin 10 (ref. 7733W1MA, 75–100 mm brake in Black / Red finish) is the equivalent of a lightweight, well-balanced two-seat rear-wheel-drive sports car: the freetouring hybrid binding that delivers the perfect combination of uphill lightness and firm downhill control for intermediate-weight or advanced skiers. Designed with a carbon technical ISI Toe toe piece, direct-transfer alpine Kingpin Heel heel piece, ergonomic climbing aids (0°, 7° and 13°), and a DIN range of 4 to 10 with TÜV safety certification, it lets you climb with the agility of Tech pins and descend with the confidence, stiffness and absorption of a traditional alpine binding.

Touring Ski Bindings

In the design of balanced sports vehicles, having low weight at the front end and a smooth, precise rear suspension guarantees fluid cornering without overloading the chassis. The Marker Kingpin 10 brings this technical balance to ski touring and freetouring. On ascents, the technical ISI Toe with carbon fiber reinforcement significantly reduces ski-tip wobble and optimizes step-in thanks to its rubberized stop, which aligns the boot inserts correctly on the first try and requires less insertion effort, allowing for a natural and efficient stride on demanding tours.

For the descent, the mechanical selector switches to downhill mode to activate the potential of its Kingpin Heel: unlike ultralight touring bindings based on forks or pins, this alpine heel unit with wide jaws presses directly on the rear boot welt against the ski. This direct contact eliminates lateral movement and instantly transfers the skier's energy to the edges. It includes active flex compensation to maintain consistent release values during compression and landings, integrated titanium climbing aids at 0°, 7° and 13° that can be easily switched with a pole, a pre-mounted 75-100 mm brake, and TÜV DIN ISO 13992:2014 safety certification.
