The Völkl Bash 86 W has been developed specifically to meet the demands of female skiers who do not want to be limited to groomed runs and are looking for an agile, versatile and durable twin-tip ski. With a versatile 86 mm waist, this model performs with ease both on park features and jumps, carving turns on groomed slopes or skiing through spring and chopped-up snow.

At the heart of the ski is Völkl's proven Multi Layer Woodcore, a laminated structure made from selected woods that combines dense wood in the central area to ensure unwavering binding screw retention, with lighter species toward the tip and tail to significantly reduce swingweight during rotations and aerial maneuvers. The Tough Box Construction architecture wraps the core in composite fiberglass to provide controlled torsional stiffness and protect the internal structure against repeated impacts.

Its Tip & Tail Rocker design incorporates lift in the tip and tail combined with classic camber under the boot support area. This geometry offers the best of both worlds: it allows for quick, intuitive skidding, pivoting and turn initiation, while providing solid edge hold and stability when cutting through hard snow at speed. The directional Twin Tip symmetrical twin-tip shape makes skiing easy both forward and switch (backward). In addition, its sintered P-Tex 2100 base ensures fast, durable and easy-to-maintain glide for intense days of skiing.
