All-Mountain Skis

In the development of lightweight sports cars, having direct variable-ratio steering and a chassis capable of filtering out surface irregularities is the key to linking corners at a brisk pace in total comfort. The Völkl Blaze 82 brings this philosophy to all ski seasons. Its frame features a lightweight Hybrid Multilayer Woodcore, reinforced in the waist area with a 0.3 mm titanal sheet (Titanal Binding Platform) that provides secure screw anchoring, dissipates sharp impacts and ensures direct transmission of pressure to the edges.

Its cornering performance is distinguished by 3D Radius Sidecut technology: it combines open, progressive radii in the tip and tail for smooth turn initiation and exit at high speed, with a very tight central radius underfoot for short turns, avoiding moguls or changing lines instantly. At the ends, the elastic TPU inserts of Suspension Tips & Tails act as passive dampers, eliminating vibrations in windblown snow or heavy spring snow. The "transmission" is entrusted to the Marker Squire 11 TCX binding (ref. 6760V1MA, 90 mm brake in White / Black finish). With a Triple Pivot Light 2 toe piece equipped with an Anti Ice Rail metal rail, a smooth-entry TCX heel piece and GripWalk multi-norm compatibility, it ensures precise release and firm retention with its DIN range of 3 to 11.
