The Völkl Revolt 96 freestyle and all-mountain skis (ref. V2310153, available in 165 cm and 173 cm lengths) are supplied as standalone skis without bindings included (flat format for drilling and mounting to the skier’s specifications in a workshop). They are the equivalent of a lightweight rallycross vehicle with limited-slip differentials and an integrated roll cage: extremely agile when transitioning from edge to edge on piste, balanced during rotations in the snowpark, and with impeccable stability to absorb hard landings on boxes, rails, big jumps or untouched off-piste snow. Designed with directional Twin Tip geometry, a 96 mm waist, 126-96-119 mm dimensions, 3D Radius Sidecut technology, a solid wood Multilayer Woodcore, continuous Full Sidewall edges and a Tip & Tail Rocker profile, they guarantee powerful pop and identical performance both forward and skiing switch.

Freeride / Freestyle Skis

In motorsport engineering focused on rallycross circuits, combining a rigid chassis with an articulated multi-link geometry suspension makes it possible to tackle tight corners with millimetric precision without losing traction when jumping over sections of asphalt and broken dirt. The Völkl Revolt 96 (V2310161 / V2310153) brings this concept to next-generation freeskiing. Developed within the prestigious Built Together project, its internal structure houses the Multilayer Woodcore: a longitudinal base of dense ash and beech wood beneath the binding mounting area —eliminating the risk of screws being torn out under impacts and overloads during hard landings— combined with dynamic poplar at the ends to reduce swing weight during aerial rotations.

Its geometry is optimized through the 3D Radius Sidecut concept (with a short central radius underfoot of 14 m in the 165 cm and 15 m in the 173 cm, flanked by longer radii in the tip and tail). This delivers extreme agility for skids, flat tricks and short turns in the park, while maintaining a solid, vibration-free line when charging into wide, high-speed turns on groomed runs. The vertical Full Sidewall edges transfer power instantly to the steel, while the high-density sintered P-Tex 3000 base withstands punishment against metal rails and provides superior glide speed. As it is sold without bindings (flat skis), it allows the skier to install freestyle or all-mountain bindings (Marker Squire 11, Griffon 13 or Tyrolia Attack) mounted with 100 mm brakes.
