In high-performance motorsports on asphalt and rough surfaces, combining a rigid chassis with elastic, progressively responsive suspension makes it possible to absorb violent impacts through corners and bumps without losing steering control. The Völkl Bash 86 156 cm with Marker Squire 11 Green Teal bindings brings this mechanical rigor to modern freeskiing. Its internal structure houses the prestigious Multi Layer Woodcore: a longitudinal combination of dense ash and beech woods beneath the binding mounting area—which eliminates the risk of screws pulling out under impacts and overloads during hard landings—fused with selected poplar wood in the tip and tail to provide agile flex and lively elastic rebound (pop).

To withstand continuous punishment on metal park features, boxes, and the inevitable ski-to-ski contact in lift queues, it incorporates Tough Box Construction: a three-dimensional fiberglass wrap that protects the wood core and prevents chipping of the top sheet. Its Tip & Tail Rocker profile with traditional camber underfoot frees up the tips to facilitate quick entry and exit in rotational tricks, while providing direct edge grip on hard snow throughout its 16.6 m radius and good float in spring or powder snow. Its symmetrical directional Twin Tip geometry ensures smooth handling both forward and backward (switch). The package is delivered complete with Marker Squire 11 (7424X1MR) bindings in Green/Teal finish, equipped with a Triple Pivot Light toe piece, Hollow Linkage heel piece, DIN range from 3.0 to 11.0, and brakes adapted to the 86 mm waist.
