All-Mountain Skis Völkl Yumi 84 (Without Binding) - 120418 (161 cm)
The Völkl Yumi 84 skis (ref. 120418, available in 161 cm length) are sold as standalone skis without bindings included (flat format for custom drilling and workshop mounting). They are the equivalent of a balanced compact sports coupé with dynamic tuning: agile, forgiving, easy to initiate into turns, and with impeccable grip on both groomed hardpack and spring snow or gentle off-piste terrain. Designed as a versatile all-mountain model with unisex performance characteristics, they feature an 84 mm waist, 3D Radius Sidecut geometry, a laminated Multi Layer Woodcore core, Glass Frame torsional reinforcement, and full-length straight Full Sidewall sidewalls. With a low weight of just ~1480 g per ski, they deliver immediate edge-to-edge transitions and smooth handling that does not tire the legs throughout the day.

All-Mountain Skis
In automotive engineering applied to lightweight coupés designed for everyday dynamism, reinforcing the chassis with fiberglass structures combined with targeted metal reinforcements allows road imperfections to be filtered out without compromising front-end agility. The Völkl Yumi 84 161 cm brings this technical solution to all-mountain skiing. Its mechanical core is made up of the Multi Layer Woodcore, which combines dense strips beneath the mounting area to ensure unwavering binding screw retention, with selected poplar woods at the ends to achieve responsive flex and lively turn exit.
Rather than relying on rigid, heavy full-metal plates, it features the Glass Frame construction: an enveloping fiberglass frame that channels pressure directly to the edges, providing firm grip on hardpack while maintaining elastic, forgiving flex. Its great maneuverability comes from 3D Radius Sidecut technology (with radii of 21 m at the tip, 14 m underfoot and 19 m at the tail for this 161 cm length): this triple curvature allows effortless linking of short, nimble turns or laying the ski over at speed in wide turns with impeccable stability. Its Tip & Tail Rocker profile with traditional camber underfoot provides natural turn initiation and smooth flotation in soft snow. Supplied without bindings (flat skis), it allows the skier to install alpine bindings (such as Marker Squire 11 or Griffon 13) or versatile systems, selecting 90 mm brakes.
