In the event of a return of the goods, and as stated in Article 44 of the Retail Trade Regulation Act, shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
The customer must also bear any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, provided that this entails an extra charge from the transport agency.
