F10 Tour Size L (100 mm) Frame Traverse Bindings Marker
The Marker F10 Tour (ref. 7716W1TL, Size L 305-365 mm with 100 mm brake in Black / White finish) is the equivalent of an agile, balanced touring car with lightweight mechanics and dependable traction: a binding that combines ease of use and alpine release safety with the essential lightness needed to tackle full days of ski touring. Important technical note: this binding features a traditional pivoting frame chassis (Frame Binding); it is NOT a hybrid binding and does NOT use Tech pins either uphill or downhill. Ascents are made by lifting and pivoting the entire plate assembly together with the boot. Equipped with the Triple Pivot Light toe piece, Hollow Linkage heel piece, titanium climbing aids (0°, 7° and 13°), and a DIN range of 3 to 10, it is the ideal choice for skiers with long soles (305-365 mm) who prioritize weight savings without giving up a conventional plate binding.

Touring Ski Bindings
In the development of vehicles optimized for travel efficiency, trimming unnecessary mass from the chassis while maintaining frame stiffness is the secret to covering miles with minimal energy expenditure. The Marker F10 Tour applies this principle to classic, versatile ski touring. Unlike the heavier EPF versions designed exclusively for extreme downhill skiing, the F10 streamlines its mounting base to reduce weight to below 1050 g per unit, while retaining the torsional stiffness needed to drive versatile skis through powder or hard snow.
This model does not require or use pin holes in the boot. Uphill function is managed through its proven full pivoting plate system (Frame Binding): by unlocking the Hike & Ride Switch lever protected beneath the boot sole, the entire binding frame is released at the rear to pivot from the front axle. On steep slopes, its integrated titanium climbing aids allow 0°, 7°, and 13° positions to be selected directly with the ski pole grip. When it is time to descend, the lightweight Triple Pivot Light toe piece (with horizontal spring and metal Anti Ice Rail upper profile) works in conjunction with the Hollow Linkage heel piece with hollow aluminum axle, ensuring firm retention and smooth dynamic elasticity to prevent unintended releases. Its height-adjustable sliding AFD plate ensures compatibility with traditional alpine sole boots (ISO 5355), GripWalk soles (ISO 23223), and standard touring boots with welts (ISO 9523).
